The restaurant offers a very elegant and refined Tyrolean-style ambience, with its antique spruce panelling and wrought-iron chandeliers, which conveys a sense of intimacy and cordiality and invites you to relax on the comfortable velvet armchairs to enjoy our cuisine and let your palate be spoilt.

Taste and authenticity from morning till night

In the morning, a rich breakfast buffet will wake you up with the right charge: from 7.15 a.m. to 10.00 a.m you can fill up on energy a variety of sweet and savoury products for all tastes. To sweeten your day there are homemade cakes, plumcakes, fresh pastries and homemade croissants, fruit juices, cereals of all kinds, yoghurt, and fresh fruit in syrup.  For those who prefer savoury food, the continental corner offers mixed cold meats, mixed cheeses, bacon, frankfurters, boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. The right recharge to be ready for a day of sports and activities in Pejo in Val di Sole!

Dinner is served at the table from 7.15 p.m. to 8.15 p.m., with a choice of 4 first courses and 4 second courses, a vegetable and starter buffet, and a wide selection of home-made desserts. Our chef Mirko and also co-owner of the Hotel Alpino is, together with his staff, constantly on the lookout for new culinary proposals. They will delight you with a genuine, rich and carefully prepared cuisine, which is rooted in traditional Trentino cuisine and mixed with dishes with national and international flavours. The chef mainly uses local, 0 km products, especially meat and cheese from Trentino. There is no shortage of game meat for lovers of strong flavours. On Fridays we organise a gala candlelight dinner with typical Trentino products and dishes to greet and thank those who have chosen our hotel in Pejo.
