A DINNER AT THE ALPINE HOTEL
Every evening, from 7:15 to 8:15 p.m., a dinner combining quality, variety and sophistication awaits you. You can choose from four first and four second courses, accompanied by a rich buffet of appetizers and vegetables, and then end on a sweet note with a selection of homemade desserts.
Hotel Alpino’s kitchen is the realm of chef Mirko, the co-owner, flanked by his staff and always looking for new proposals to surprise you with superfine dishes. Dishes inspired by the Trentino tradition, enriched by flavors of Italian gastronomy and international suggestions. Ample space is given to local and km 0 products, especially meats and cheeses, and to game specialties, for those who love intense and decisive tastes.
Friday, with us, is the evening dedicated to the gala dinner by candlelight, to greet and thank those who have chosen us, giving everyone an appointment to the next stay in Pejo.

Wood and stone are the elements that make up and design the features of our Bar Cafe. We used them to create a natural and pleasant atmosphere, a place to end the evening on a high note while sipping a glass of wine, a fine Trentino grappa, an organic herbal tea, a craft beer or a lovingly prepared cocktail. It is precisely here that we often organize our Trentino grappa tasting evenings.
